Dapol announce new N Gauge A3 and A4 liveries

Announced at the International N Gauge Show, Dapol are to produce a new run of liveries for their N Gauge A3 and A4 models.

A3

The A3 will be released in 3 individual liveries and one train pack with 4 Gresley coaches:

  • 2S-011-002A10 Flying Scotsman 103 Wartime Black NE

  • 2S-011-008A3 Flying Scotsman 60103 BR Green Late Crest (As Preserved)

  • 2S-011-010A1 Flying Scotsman 4472 LNER Apple Green & 4 Teak Gresley Coaches

  • 2S-011-011A1 Humorist 2751 LNER Apple Green

Specifications

  • Finely moulded body and tender with many separately added fine details

  • Models include tender, chimney, steam dome variations and some with smoke deflectors

  • Cast wheels with fine relief and appropriate colouring

  • Heavy metal chassis and 14 wheel pick up

  • Dapol’s tender drive system that delivers power to the locomotive wheels

  • Super Creep Motor for controlled pulling power with fine slow speed control

  • Comes with traction tyres

  • Finely etched name plates

  • Accessory bag with spares and other added detail

A4

The A4 will also see 3 new individual liveries but also 2 train packs, each with 4 Gresley coaches in the appropriate livery for the era.

  • 2S-008-020A4 Mallard 4468 NE Wartime Black
