A quartet of KATO N Gauge Class 800s announced in new liveries

KATO Precision Railroad Models have announced they are expanding their N Gauge Class 800 range with the addition of new models in Lumo, TransPennine Express, Hull Trains and Avanti West Coast liveries.

Representing classes 802, 803 & 805, the 5 coach models in the new liveries will make use of the existing tooling from the previously released Class 800 variants. This means there will be some minor detail differences over the prototype which would otherwise require additional new tooling but also allows KATO to schedule a release for as soon as Summer/Autumn 2026.

Pricing and running numbers are TBC at present, with more information expected in the new year however pre-orders are possible via many KATO stockists.
