Revolution gets dynamic with N Gauge Class 180 FGW / Hull Trains livery test samples

On display at this years International N Gauge show were the very first test livery samples for Revolution Train's N Gauge Class 180 'Adelante' in First Great Western and Hull Trains dynamic lines livery.

Other livery samples have previously been shown, however the complex nature of the dynamic lines livery has required Revolution to look to UV printing technology to achieve this livery rather than the more traditional tampo printing process.

It should be emphasised that the samples on show at TINGS are the very first test prints to prove the process can produce the required level of finish and detail, and Revolution have already identified some adjustments to the colours of the dynamic lines livery elements and the base FGW blue. The photos have also blown up the models to close to O Gauge on most displays but even with these first livery test prints, we think the samples hold up excellently under such high resolution scrutiny!

Direct pre-orders via Revolution for the Class 180s are now closed and the models are in production, however certain Revolution Trains retailers will be stocking the Class 180's on release.
